You know the customer’s “hot-buttons” so every thing should be smooth sailing. After you’ve defined the last product benefit, you (because the salesperson) are obligated to shut the deal. The way you do this is just to ask, “Are you prepared to make your decision?” or “Is this the item you’d prefer to purchase?” With any luck , the solution is yes. If not, then you inquire, “When would you be prepared to make your choice? Am i able to contact you then?”
